The C0VID-19 pandemic dramatically changes every part of the global economy.

It causes billions of people around the world to adjust their everyday lives.

A lot of us are also forced to make fast decisions about upcoming festivities and big events in life, including weddings.

The CDC has advised that for the time being, all weddings, concerts, festivals and other events involving more than 50 people should be postponed to slow down the spread of virus.

The authorities highly encouraged social distancing, hence why it is necessary to cancel or postpone social gatherings.

But the virus did not stop some people from celebrating special events.

For instance, couple Jim Rhod Gerona and Jerahcel Mae Torrentira decided to get married in the hospital they work for.

Jim, 36 and Jerahcel, 30 held their intimate wedding in the conference room of Bacolod Adventist Medical Center.

Jerahcel works in the records section of the hospital, while Jim in the diagnostic department.

Furthermore, they only have a few guests in their wedding. Only the pastor, photographer and very few family & friends.

In addition to that, you can see in the photos that they are strictly following social distancing.

They also did the post-nuptial photoshoot in different parts of the hospital.
