A supportive brother recently went viral after making a beautiful ball gown for his sister.

On Facebook, a netizen named Maverick Francisco Oyao shared photos of the gown he made from scratch for his sister’s JS Prom.

Netizens are so impressed that his post immediately went viral.

Maverick shared photos of the progress, that netizens are so amazed he was able to pull it off despite him not having a lot of experience in gown making.

What is even more impressive is that Maverick is not a fashion design student at all. He is actually taking up Bachelor of Culture and Arts Education.

On his caption, he wrote β€œI did not expect na magagawa ko to on time. I even doubted my self kung magagawa ko ba β€˜to o hinde kasi naman diba iba ang concept sa ginagawa na. But God is really good. Di niya ako pinabayaan. At may isa na namang bunsong kapatid ang napasaya ni kuya,” (I didn’t expect to make this on time. I even doubted myself if I can make this or not ’cause a concept is different from actually making it. But God is really good. He didn’t leave me. And now there is a baby sister made happy by big brother)

Maverick also shared on his post that the reason why he decided to make the gown himself, is because his parents could not afford renting one.

The school requires the students to wear ball gowns for their JS Prom, and so not to let his sister down, he started researching about gowns on Youtube and taking inspiration from Michael Cinco’s Spring and Summer Collection.

Luckily for him, he was able to find affordable materials at a local shop. His sister is so lucky to have a very supportive big brother who will do anything to make her happy.

As of this writing, the post already reached 78K shares and 93K likes.
